Julie Roberts

General Manager at One Fish Two Fish

Julie is a Georgia native, who moved to the Triangle in 2002 and fell in love with the area.  She attended NC State, and worked in the banking industry for many years.  When a layoff left her unemployed, she took the opportunity to get her culinary degree, and shortly after graduation got a job in the kitchen at The Shoppe & Esperanza.  From the kitchen, she moved into management.  With the mentoring of owner Scott Kleczkowski, she grew to enjoy restaurant management.  Julie jumped at the chance to be a part of One Fish Two Fish.  She is proud to be a part of a restaurant and organization that values exceptional customer service, quality product, and that fosters a work environment of growth and opportunity.  Her favorite things about the hospitality industry are building relationships with her guests, and her eclectic food-service. In her free time, Julie spends time with her family.  She is especially smitten with her 11 year old 'baby' brother Oliver, and her two adorable nephews Landyn & Kaysen. 


Caleigh Toppins

Assistant General Manager at One Fish Two Fish

Caleigh attended UNC Chapel Hill and majored in biology. While going to school there, she worked as a bartender at Old Chicago and Esperanza. Upon leaving school, she decided to join the team full time at One Fish Two Fish. In her spare time she likes to swim, read, crochet, and spend time with her siblings. Her favorite part about working in the hospitality industry is getting to meet so many new people on a daily basis.
